He replied without opening his hazy optics, forcing his focus on his breathing, her voice, the quiet buzz of interactions throughout camp, the dewy grass under- anything from the panic which had quieted down as of now. Shiverpaw heaved a sigh of relief as the last of the anxiety attack left him, his features visibly relaxing, and his gaze flickering open to rest on the other juvenile. "Thanks.." His voice was quiet, as if slipping out a part of him hardly anyone knew, "I don't usually get relived of those that quickly. You helped a lot." He gave a warm smile, his thick plume wrapping tightly around himself.

Amberpaw smiled back at the tom, a deep sense of relief washing over her. "I'm pleased to hear it," She responded, wrapping her tail around her paws. She tipped her head to the side, examining the tom more closely now that she wasn't as worried about his well-being.

"So, what's your name? We haven't met before, have we?" He looked somewhat familiar, although most apprentices did at this point. Amberpaw was no longer one of the new apprentices, and as a result, she was beginning to recognize more and more cats around camp. It was nice to be familiar with her clanmates; she was well on her way to becoming the type of cat she wanted to be. She awaited the tom's response and hoped he wouldn't slip back into a panicked state. She'd helped the first time; she wasn't sure if it would work as well the second.
