Crimsonfury sighed in relief at being sent out of Thunderclan's temporary camp for once. The large blood-red molly stepped up and sat beside her patrol leader. Her lantern-like yellow-green eyes showed no emotion except complete focus, but she had become good at hiding her emotions. Inside, she was still kind of broken up since her last family member had died in the fire that had ravaged their home.

Crimsonfury pushed the thought to the back of her mind and waited for the second patrol member. The molly stared blankly ahead, waiting for an order. The large molly rolled her neck after a few moments, a few satisfying pops sounding.

The molly looked up as Crimsonfury joined her, giving the other she-cat a nod. She waited for a moment longer before letting out a scoff. “My apprentice probably won’t come. We should simply get going now.” Cherrybubble paused for a moment longer, before waving her tail at Crimsonfury.
“Let’s set off at a quick pace towards Shadowclan. Checking the border won’t take too long, and I would like to get back here in time to have some daylight left to help at the camp.” With a nod, the black-and-white she-cat dove out of the temporary camp, setting off at a steady pace towards the Shadowclan border.
