At Dewfeather's report, Lionstar had to curl his lips. Of course Scarfang would leave-- despite Lionstar warning that lazy lout, he didn't seem to take his patrol seriously. What a piece of work..

And now, his full attention was on the crazy survivortom of RiverClan. While he didn't care for the idea of smearing dirt and snow over his pelt, he did like the idea of slinging it at them..

"We could blind them," he mused. "It will be harder to kick dirt at them with snow on the ground, but we could use the snow instead. A kick toward their face, some claws aimed for their throat. It'd be hard for them to react."

As for the scent masking.. well. "It is Leaf-bare. I'd rather our Clan-mates not freeze, but do you have a ready supply of upturned earth available to roll in?"
