Greenfur gently placed Sunblaze onto the ground, double looking to see he's still breathing. For the first time, worry darkened his green orbs, closing them tight shut before staring back at Eagleflight. "He's alive but his wounds look serious," his deep voice cracked, feeling weaker than ever. Luckily his wounds already started to cake up, ceased from bleeding out even more but the amount of blood lost made him feel light headed and heart doing back flips. "Anything happened here?" he asked.

Eagleflight's heart leapt with fear and concern as the warriors padded past him into the camp. He sniffed at Sunblaze's mostly-unmoving body, feeling grief prick at the pit of his stomach.
I should have gone. I should have been there to help.
"No trouble here," He told Greenfur, his voice sounding mournful. He could scent all of the blood and dust that followed the return of the battle party. Yet here he was, not a hair out of place on his whole pelt, guarding the camp uneventfully.
"Shiverpetal is going to have his paws full here."
