Flowerpaw had stepped in after Fawnpaw, watching the small interaction between Lionstar and her friend before the golden tom seemed to finally notice her. She sent a questioning look to Fawnpaw but didn’t say anything, instead narrowing her eyes at Lionstar. “You speak the cold hard truth.” She responded in turn, not wanting, or needing to deny the fact that Windclan was probably dying. “As for saying for myself, well, I’m not much of a threat either, as you can see.” She meowed, looking the Riverclan leader straight in the eye before gesturing to Fawnpaw with her tail. “I was just freezing near the border before pretty-boy here found me and accused me of stepping over, which I accepted because honestly a hostage situation was better than where I was at.” She gave a small smirk, not particularly towards any cat, though she was still speaking to Lionstar. “And thanks to your gracious rule about trespassers, I didn’t starve that night.” She’d decided to bring up Fawnpaw’s odd “rule” that was apparently implemented, casting a slightly apologetic-but-not-exactly look towards the brown-furred tom.
