The apprentice stumbled out of the Den, his fur disheveled. Eyes were sunken in. “Ah, m sorry.” he mumbled out. “It’s been a little hard to get up recently.” he laughed sheepishly. Though it ended in a wheeze. He wasn’t lying. It was getting harder and harder to pull himself out of his nest, it was as if he was loosing more and more strength every day. With a grunt Poppypaw hobbled towards the trio, once there greeting them with a weak soft smile. “I’m sure Smallbear will catch up with us! Should we just get going? I’m sorry to keep you waiting.” he hummed, doing his best to make his voice sound less hoarse than it was.
