Her words trailed off and she let her paws slide out from under her until her chest hit the dirt with a thud. Yellow eyes now trained on her own paws but remained unfocused as she flexed them, claws digging into the dirt. Tears left matted tears down her face while her voice faltered. They left darkened spots on the ground.

"We haven't trained. I don't know how to defend myself. I don't feel safe anymore. Safe safe safe. Stars, I just wanna feel safe."
