Right into it! This was more Asterpaw's style. He watched Lightstreak for a moment before copying her, opening his mouth and breathing in. As the air ran over his sent glands his eyes dialated. "I can smell fish in the river and a water vole in the brush." He smiled, he was so good at this!

"Right. Good." She lowered her voice. "I'm going to catch that vole-watch what I do." She dropped to a crouch, and slunk after the smell, closing her mouth and swiveling her ears. She spotted the vole and pounced on it, trapping it with her paws. She killed it quickly, brought it back, and buried it. "Alright, then. Shal we?" She turned and went a little deeper into the island's greenery, and stepped out into a small clearing. "This is where you'll be trained in fighting."
