Frostpaw sighed, staring forlornly across the clearing.
At nothing.
Ever since Duskstar had re-apprenticed her, she hadn't been able to think right. Every time she was about to actually accomplish something, her thoughts wandered to the past. The sad, lonely, past. Or was it the present she was describing?
Either, way, the whole of the clan hated her. Duskpaw, Duskstar, probably even Lionwhisker. Oh, and Cherrybubble. Speaking of which, when was she going to start training?
Her thought's drifted a moment more, before she noticed Lionpaw approaching her.
"Oh, hello!" Her voice was raspy, as it hadn't been used in quite a while.
