She didn't like this kit. It was weird, she's never thought that she'd dislike any kit her daughter adopted. Midnightstalker frowns down at the kit and that terrible name he's given her. She rolls her eyes at his dislike of the name she's given him. Well, now they were even. Both had terrible nicknames for each other.
"And my name is not Mindtalk, it's Midnightstalker." She retorts being a little childish.
"But if you don't want to call me by the names I've offered, then I will not do the same courtesy for you. You are Baby Bucky, live with it." Midnightstalker sighed, lashing her tail behind her. She wasn't going to get along with this kit right now. Maybe in the future, but for now she wanted to cuff him in the head. Still, it seemed he had some sense if he understood how lonely her daughter was. Being reminded that Twilightstar didn't have anyone else here made Midnightstalker want to postpone her leave until her kit at least found a mate, even a friend would do. But to wait that long would result in her dying of old age.
"You should go fetch her something to eat. She's always forgetting to do that and it makes her head hurt when she does." The mother replied, somewhat happy the kit was at least willing to work with her when it regarded Twilightstar. Midnightstalker made sure to ignore Twilightstar's rude words about them leaving her alone, she was going to make herself sick without someone to care for her.
