[aww I feel so bad for her

]
"Oh. Oh dear. Oh no. I... wasn't aware. I-I..." Puddlepaw's voice trailed off as he hung his head in sorrow for the kit.
"I'm truly sorry for your loss... I lost my mother as a kit as well... but... I feel that your loss is even... worse." He wasn't quite sure if those were the right words. He hardly even knew how to feel at all. The poor kit before him had already been burdened with so many horrible things of nature. And this must've only added to her plate. He couldn't even begin to imagine what she must be going through, or how riveted she must have felt.
"Listen... I'd never wish any cat to be in your position, and I wish there's some way I could help. If there is... then please just say so, I'd be happy to help. Anything that could possibly life your spirits a little... I can try to provide for." The apprentice hoped Hivekit could understand everything he was saying. With her limited speech, he knew she probably wouldn't be able to fully respond, but he just aspired that she could understand that there were cats here looking out for her, who were ready to comfort her and provide what she desired, or be there by her side if she wanted to simply talk or cry or let everything out. And Puddlepaw was ready to be one of those cats.
