Beekit had managed to escaped the ever watchful eyes of her father and the queen that kept her and her siblings fed and made her way into the clearing, triumphant as they scooted farther away from the nursery. Caught up in her victory, she bumped into another larger cat.
Dang it! She'd almost not gotten caught.
She blinked up at the cat and calmed when she realized it was not, on fact, her father. In fact, she didn't recognize this cat. "Hello!" She bleated to the new cat.
