Re: WindClan Leader's Den
Bushkit was tired of waiting. It had nearly been a whole humiliating moon as a kit, and he was aching to go back to warrior training! If Twilightbutt has thought that demoting him would help his anger management, whew, was she wrong. At least patrolling and training gave him something to do, a healthy outlet for his pent up anger and frustration. Without it, he had nothing. The kits in the nursery annoyed him, it was bad enough he had to sleep with them and deal with their stupid wails in the night. Then they constantly bombarded him with requests to play or him to teach them something. It was a waste of his time. The only cat he felt even mildly comfortable talking with at this point was Coyotesnarl, and that was because they tossed insults at each other. He needed a change from the nice small talk of others.
But right now, Bushkit wanted his leader to get off her ass and make him an apprentice again, because he was just about fed up.
It had already been a long morning of demands to play Rabbit and Hide and Seek, and pitying stares from his Clanmates. He itched to go out and hunt, do something useful! Even getting out of camp sounded like a blessing from the Star Cats at this point. Just smelling flowers. Eh. Either way, he made his way up to their "great" and "noble"!leader’s den and called. "Coming in." it wasn’t a request, but a warning. He was coming inside whether she likes it or not. When in, the dark brown cat nearly blended in, but Bushkit’s scowl was unmistakable.
