Bushpaw narrowed his yellow eyes at the first kit. Trying to act all noble and stuff. That was absolute mouse dung and he knew it. But bedsore he could open his mouth to give this blubbering baby a piece of his mind, Bushpaw was interrupted by the other kit. While at least that one kind of owned up to the mistake, Bushpaw was still in a foul mood.

Puffinhop’s concerned words didn’t help him. "...Sorry." To make it clear he was apologizing ONLY to Puffinhop, Bushpaw would only look at the black and white cat, and wait several moments before acknowledging the others again.

Those kits better watch themselves.
