His apprentice's excitement reminded Hailfang of himself when he was an apprentice. But this was not the time for flashbacks or anything like that. Stingpaw would probably claw his face off if they didn't leave soon.

“But Lionstar even noticed... I’m bored Hailfang” He snorted indignantly his tail thumping against the ground anxiously. The fact the leader noted the fact he was going to explode being inside the clan walls for any longer was going to drive him absolutely wild. On top of that.. it was embarrassing it showed enough for him to notice- oh well. It’s not like he’d run into the golden tom much anyways
