Was that a grouchy old badger he heard? Oh wait, no, it was just Coyotesnarl playing leader. Still, the clan needed food so he wouldn’t mind a hunting trip. Snaps assigned the wrong apprentice to go with him but he supposed he couldn’t really blame him- Rushingmoor did spend a lot of time with Stagpaw.

Sighing, he trudged to his paws and shrugged. Might as well see if Stag and Deadpool wanted to go for a hunt. The striped tom looked around for the two briefly, walking toward the entrance as he did so.

“Stagpaw, feel like a hunt?”

Rushingmoor did hope that his own apprentice didn’t feel neglected but it would be easier to just stick with the “assigned” group. As for Deadpool, he trusted a fellow warrior to make her way over if she wanted to.
