The white tom sidestepped right, avoiding the paw swinging towards him. He would have sent an attack back in retaliation, but Shrewpaw was already out of reach. Good - the other apprentice was learning. It was irritating, though, because despite his size, Frostpaw wasn't the swiftest cat around. If Shrewpaw was going to dash around him, then Frostpaw was stuck. Just like during that cursed raid... luckily, most cats were dumb enough to always start a battle head-on, so it allowed him to get some damage in. His opponent's cry bemused him for a second until he noticed the young kit watching them. With how Frostpaw had been acting recently, this wasn't exactly the safest place for a kit, claws sheathed or not.
"Leave, Sunkit," the tom growled, although the growl wasn't directed towards the spectator. He was simply... frustrated at the moment. Oh, and did he
look like a kit? He was thirteen moons and larger than the average warrior. While Shrewpaw was still speaking to the kit, Frostpaw kicked off, launching towards the other apprentice during his momentary distraction. Despite his lack of agility, the white tom could still be fast in short bursts. He planned on bashing Shrewpaw once again, because although sheathed claws felt like a feather, collisions still hurt just as much as they would in a real battle.
