Oakcreek gave out a little chuckle. "Of course i survived the big ol' fox. Otherwise, I wouldn't be telling you three kits this story!" The elder said as he nodded. "Anyways, it all started... back when I was just a wee little apprentice. My friends and I snuck out of camp without a warrior for a little fun. There was an old foxes' burrow that us youngsters liked to play around in. It was abandoned many moons ago. So, we all went down there an' had a blast." He paused just before the dramatic part, allowing the kits some time to react or ask any questions.

In the meantime, he looked up as an apprentice came in, and eyed the mouse and plant in his jaws. "Why hello there, Bloompaw. Are those for me?"
