His brows were quick to furrow forwards as he gave the apprentice a hard stare. His glare was quick to soften, lips falling into a frown as the emotion of guilt planted itself in the pit of his stomach.
Moonchaser cursed quietly scrunching his eyes up tightly. Oh, what he would to disappear right then and there, to simply fade into nothing...
But, he couldn't. He had to face the consequences of his actions.
"Look, I didn't mean to... explode like that on you." He grimaces. Moonchaser did not have the emotional skills to apologise with. He shuffled over, planting a very faint lick to the childs cheek, lapping up a few tears as he did so.
Moonchaser exhaled, making sure he was eye level with the slightly smaller cat.
"I wasn't shouting at you, I was shouting too you, about these vermin," He grunted, glaring down at the hate that now lay abandoned at Reedpaws toes.
