Birchpelt padded into the nursery, a slight feeling of worry and a little bit of protectiveness shot at her, taking a deep breath she walked on over to her kits. Giving slight lick on the tops of there heads she finally spoke

"What have we got here!?" I slight chuckle forming in her mouth "How have you two been doing, sorry that I couldn't have checked in sooner I was busy..." she felt a pang of guilt, she wondered how her kits were holding up

she looked up after saying hello to them, she wished she wasn't so busy but she hoped she could manage some private time every now and then with them.

"Hello there!" Birch said politely to Maplebee who was looking at her kits, which she thought was a little strange since she was just sitting there.

Maplebee looks at Birchpelt and nods in greeting. "Hello!"
