Default Re: ThunderClan Warriors' Den

// @chaton

The golden tom watched cats walk in and out of the warriors' den. For one of the most important places in the camp, it sure was underrated.

Between his jaws were an assortment of twigs, moss, and various feathers. Usually when an apprentice was sent to work on a nest, they went straight to the elders' den, but as Lionpaw had decided earlier, warriors were a bit underrated.

After having spent enough time standing around and gathering up his courage, the abyssinian mix stepped into the den. There were no rules prohibiting cats of other ranks from entering other dens, as far as Lionpaw was aware of. It was simply unusual for an apprentice to walk into the nursery and whatnot. As he looked around, he noted that nothing was different about the warriors' den than any other resting area. It was a structure that sheltered tired cats from the weather outside, just like every other den. It wasn't special. What had expected?

But he still had to do something with the materials that he had gathered.

Lionpaw padded over to the nearest open space and dropped off the materials there. Then, he looked around. Were there any nests that needed spicing up? Any nests in need of repairs?

As soon as he spotted one, the apprentice took a twig and swiftly made his way towards it, only to startle and drop said twig as he just barely missed walking into someone. He hastily picked it back up again and meowed, "Sorry. I didn't see you there," tail curled down in submission. He met the other cat's gaze for a moment before hurrying to continue his work. Lionpaw was already in enough trouble; he needn't bother a clanmate and make any more.
