Coyotepaw had let out a thrilled yowl as she raced across the moor, wind in her ears as she whipped past. This was so much fun! Looking ahead of her, she saw the stream and her heart leapt. She was gonna win! She surged ahead and slowed her pace only just as she reached the bank, then splashing her paws into the water and trotting about in the shallow bits excitedly.
"I win! I win!" She purred sing-songingly. "What now?"

Unable to let out another bout of laughter, Weaselskip raced down to where Coyotepaw was and just continued just right into the stream and further into it, only stopping once the water reached her belly fur. "You win yes!" she acknowledged with the simple dip of her head, a smile on her face. "What next you ask?" Weaselskip looked briefly at the apprentice, before a mischievous smile started to slowly spread on the grey feline's face. "Now? We swim." She'd built up a tolerance towards the water over time, learning it... a long time ago now. No longer holding a fear of drowning she'd transitioned it into a half hearted style of swimming that succeeded in keeping her and others alive. So far at least. "Come on out! Lets see if we can find some cool water bugs." Despite the apprentice nearly looking like an adult, she still held a childish mind and the warrior did her best to appeal to that, to encourage the apprentice to do something instead of just asking.
