But he didn't have any.
So he sat there, passed out, and in pain. He didn't know that this was Mara's room. Chris needed somewhere to lay down.

He seemed unconscious, as Mara expected, given the fact he fell from such a height. She wondered what she should do with him. She'd been nice to him once by letting him work with Zed (likely the easiest program to work with in the whole garage, next to Beck anyway).
