Beck noticed the second firewall soldier and... what seemed to be
his date take a seat near them. He spaced out for a second, brought back only by the sound of Paige's voice.
"Well, I..." he cleared his throat. Man, he was making a train wreck of this.
"I actually had something to suggest. You being a firewall soldier and everything. I don't normally talk politics, but I figured you'd want to hear an idea I had concerning the whole... Renegade situation." He shifted in his seat a little. He had to think of something that didn't make it seem like he was supporting him-- himself, actually-- but he didn't want to make it harder for his Renegade persona to... well, exist.
