Beck took a deep breath.
Here goes everything.
"I want to preface with this," he began.
"The reason why I don't derez programs is because... I don't believe that they deserve it. At least, most of the time. Sometimes... it does warrant that. But even then..." he sighed, then lowered his voice
"I don't want to make this extensive, but... Paige means everything to me. If someone even tried to hurt her-- that would make me want to derezz them."
