Finchkit flung herself into the nursery, her extraordinarily small body tumbling practically head over paws. What caused her to burst into the den like that? Well, it was simple. She wanted to! If she wanted to do something, why wouldn't she do it? She kept rolling until she hit the soft nest of another kit, the moss tickling her nose. Dazed, she simply laid there for a couple moments, her head spinning. When she eventually got up, she was wobbling around, still dizzy from the repeated rolling. Wow! What an entrance!

Shaking the spare scraps of moss and other unknown things her pelt picked up, she finally noticed the cat that was in front of her. There was a cat right in front of her! How had she not seen them before? What was their name again...? Kitkit? eh, probably. ¨Hey you! Hey! Kitkit! your face looks all weird and smushy! Didja know that?¨ she announced, pointing a tiny paw at the flattened face of the other kit. What, she couldnt help it! She had never seen a face that looked so...weird and smushy! She just had to say something!

Berrykkit watched as a kit tumbled into the nursery. She tried her best to ignore them, but they rolled right onto their nest. Oh great now she had to interact with this one. She wasn't so sure if she wanted to make her her friend. After what she said ahe really didn't want to. Her face wasn't weird. If anything it was her face that was weird. She was normal. "I was born like this. What about you? Why does your face look all weird!", she snapped. Berrykit's day had been ruined by this kit. Now she just wanted to go back to sleep. No wonder why she didn't get up and move around.
