"If you asked me, I was way smarter than him - not in every way though. Oh, certainly not. Just in hunting. He was still pretty good though!" He said before chuckling to himself but continuing, as he didn't want to make them wait. "We caught a bunch of prey that day, and I'm not exaggerating when I say A LOT!"

Oakcreek just awoke from a peaceful nap. He had been curled up on his nest. He formed a complete circle - if that was even possible. It had been a while since the last batch of cats came in for a story, and in the time being, he had decided to take a long and peaceful nap. The tom liked naps, as well as food, and telling stories. All of them peaked his interest. So practically, whatever he did during the day he enjoyed. That meant for storytelling, he always tried to keep an eye on the entrance of the den. Just in case some cat wanted to be told a story.

So, that being said, he was looking out of the den. He was somewhat weary, so he wasn't fully paying attention, but he didn't hear some footsteps nearing, so he straightened himself up and sat tall.

Flutterkit shifted her paws impatiently. "What happened next?" the tiny cat squeaked. Caught a bunch of prey-- okay. What was so special about that? Old cats are so sloooow, she thought resentfully, but her tail was still bushed up with anticipation, waiting for the story to resume.
