The young cat listened to Moonpaw, nodding along halfheartedly. Why did the wind need to be so cold?? Couldn’t the Star Cats just give him a break from being cold all the time??? This was not fun AT ALL. "Hunting is definitely harder, especially when your trying not to chatter your teeth and accidentally scare away a mouse. Or accidentally step in a snowdrift when you thought it was land and send a bird flying. Of course, there are all just... made up. They totally didn’t happen to me." Hunting in leaf-bare, especially on the moor, had been a lot more difficult that Bushpaw had expected to be honest. "I dunno. Maybe I should’ve been named Coldpaw. Coldamber’s got the right idea." He chuckled, smiling at his own joke.
