His mouth full of mouse and his eyes roaming a bit in between bits, Thunderkit was very happy, despite the wind that was blowing through the camp. The mouse was so good, and he mumbled thickly
Vep., the mouse making him hard to understand. Swallowing, he repeated himself more clearly, purring
Yes! He was already pretty stuffed, but as the rabbit slid towards him, it also smelled so, so good. He needed no second invitation to nibble a bit of the rabbit, savoring it in his mouth as he thought about better weather. He wasn't sure exactly what better weather was, he only really knew leafbare, but he had to imagine it would be nice. And probably warm.
What made them unique? He knew they lived on the moor, and there weren't any cats really close by, so that was something, although he doubted that was the real reason. After all, a cat could live wherever it wanted, it didn't have to live in the trees or on the moor. Guessing rather haphazardly, he mewed
Cause we're the best? before snatching up another bite of the mouse. It was so good, and he still was unsure why his father didn't like them, but at this point it was probably better to ignore that. @
