Well, this wasn't working! How the hell did they catch their prey like this? Dawnstar had long ago given up on hunting hares, she lacked the speed to properly catch them when they went in an all-out sprint. What worse was that they ended up running down holes that she failed to spot. It was such a pain, there were no trees to slow them down! Irked, her luck changed when he picked up that scent again. Stronger this time, Dawnstar halted as she turned and stared in one direction, she raised her tail high over her head, lifted her ears, and smiled faintly to herself as she spotted the silhouettes of cats.

"Finally," muttered the leader, "Bunnystar never took this long to find me." That explained the herb scent, the one at the head was the WindClan medicine cat, couldn't recall the name.

"Do you know how long you've kept me waiting?" She growled, voice thick with arrogance and annoyance, blaming them completely for inconveniencing her.

Coldamber's tail lashed.
Not only had both cats refused to return to camp to call for aid, Dawnstar eventually caught up with them before she could attempt to get the jump on her.
Pissed, she whirled on the ShadowClan leader.
"Twilightstar's disappearance and your arrival aren't a coincidence, are they?"
She hissed and stepped between her patrol and the dark tabby.
"Where did you take her?"
She flicked her tail in the signal that meant, "flee" hoping her stupid and prideful patrol mates ran for help. She was the only one even remotely safe to be left alone with the ShadowClan leader. If she had any ounce of dignity or honor, she wouldn't touch a Medicine Cat that hadn't attacked.

Sparkfire sighed, she knew that she should get help, maybe Breezefeather. And she was fast. Sparkfire shot off back to camp, praying the whole time that Dawnstar didn't kill or attack her clanmates without her. (Should she just run into the clearing and be like: Dawnstar's in our territory? Is this part of a plot I should know of?)
