Sunripple picked out a vole, but it sent a sudden shock up his body as it's cold body hit his teeth. It certainly was not fresh kill, but it would do. The warrior padded over to a grassy area and sat down. He could practically feel the bugs begin to crawl up his pelt. But, the grass was comfortable so he was willing to sit there.

"
Hey Sunripple!" Robinwhisker called, padding up to the fresh kill pile to pick out her own meal. The early morning snow still clung to her calico pelt, causing the she-cat to shiver.
Luckily its warming up now She thought to herself, nosing through the cold prey.
"
Is this all there is?" She wrinkled her nose in disgust, much preferring a warm vole to a cold one. "
I'm not sure I can stomach any more cold prey this leaf-bare. Do you want to come hunting with me?" Her green eyes fixed on the warrior, trying to avoid the cold vole that sat in front of him.
