The tiny bi-colored kit made her way over to Hazepaw, who licked her jaw slowly and kept her eyes fixed on the little furball. The kit sat in front of her, and Hazepaw looked her up and down. Scrawny little thing. Maybe she was hungry? The kit introduced herself as Birdkit. Fitting Hazepaw supposed.

"Hazepaw," the thick-furred molly responded gruffly. They must have been a site to see. Hazepaw, nearly as big as Dawnstar, next to this scrap of a cat. She finished off her mouse in another bite and rested her chin on her paws. "What are you doing out here?" Hazepaw asked lazily, deciding to humor the younger cat.
