Padding up to her more cautiously, he didn't want to scare her or seem threatening, he mewed softly Hello. What's your name? I'm Pit. and after a moment of waiting, he added Don't you need somewhere warmer to be? Those kits look very, very young. Almost as small as Nalas in fact. His, not just hers he supposed. His kits. He wouldn't want them out in this cold, certainly not. @ Flypaw13

Mouse let out a growl at Pitt at first, but when he asked her to come to his den. He also smelled of newborn kits so she assumed he was a father. "I have no other place." Mouse replied. "Do you? My names Mouse by the way. And you're right, these kits were born less than an hour ago. We have Blaze, Marble, and Hope." Mouse told him.
