The tom woke up with a start, fur puffed up aggressively and the beginnings of tears in his eyes. Raven had just had a nightmare. He could hardly remember what it had been about, but the emotions still lingered like daunting ghosts come to take him away. He closed his eyes again and laid back down, regaining his composure.

I'm very sorry to anyone who had a plot with me, but it's for the best. I have new interests, hobbies, and friends now. I will not be adopting out my characters, please just assume they died.
