Lightpaw had not expected such an emotional reaction. In fact, it irritated him. This kit thought he was more special than Lightpaw, he was being hostile because he wanted to make fun of him! Lightpaw tried to keep his composure as his brother approached.
"Lucky. Means you can't see how much everything sucks. And I'm sure you would know Smokekit, who left and is now an overgrown kit." he said in a lazy and low tone.
