Pit didn't often see new cats, ones he hadn't seen before, around here, and so the she-cat standing by the water warranted some interest, at least in his mind. Peering into the clear lake he stood beside her for a moment, before mewing cautiously
Hello. Have you been around here before? It was a bit nosy, but that was who Pit was. He wanted to know each and every cat that lived here, at least what they looked like, and how they felt about groups. Better to know than to be surprised by a cat who hated so and so.
Of course, why any of the cats had enemies was also cause for concern, but he tried not to worry about it so much. If anyone did it would be Balor, that tom was always so grouchy, but still stuck around. Pit couldn't understand why, but he didn't pry. That seemed the only way to make the other tom angrier. Looking back into the water, he reminded himself to ask Quetzal for some fishing lessons. They were so tasty, if he could get ahold of them, he had managed once, but had gotten soaked in the process.
