He was growing! Bigger and bigger with each passing day. Soon enough, he wouldn't fit in his nest. His lonely nest. The small poorly made moss bed of odd feathers and white fur.

The albino tom stretched his paws out slowly from the edge of the next, letting his mouth open for a long wide yawn. Spiritkit blinked his cloudy blue-pink eyes before climbing to his paws. He wiggled and squirmed, sitting up in the next and flexing snow-white claws into the dusty ground.

"I want attentioooon," he whined out into the nursery, hoping for a reply.

Jaykits ears perked as the sound of a whine floated over to her. Opening her eyes, she lifted her head to stare at the source of the noise. Bleary golden eyes blinked once, twice, three times before her vision began to adjust to the light coming from the entrance of the nursery. A smile grew on her maw at the sight of the lone kit, paws scrabbling at the ground for a moment before she was fully standing upright. Without even a moments hesitation, the blue-grey kit bounced over to Spiritkit, a friendly chirp sounding from her.
