Re: RiverClan Clearing
Sunlight filtered into camp, washing every surface it touched in a warm golden light. Small songbirds sung a melodic tune, their chirps entwining and accentuating each others own rhythm. The clearing was largely peaceful, with cats lounging around and relaxing with one another, the rays of sun warming their pelts as the basked under the open sky.
A small, fluffy grey apprentice dashed between the various other cats, small 'hup!'s and 'oop!'s escaping the she-cat as she dodged around stray tails and paws. Luckily, the nimble apprentice was able to leave most cats (largely) unbothered. Minnowpaw was determined to get something done; it was simply too nice of a day to just lay around!
Periwinkle eyes scoured the clearing in search of a familiar grey pelt, tufted ears perked as she strained to hear the mew of her mentor. "Kessy?" she experimentally called out, though her voice was still quiet enough as to not bother any of her clanmates. That nickname normally caught his attention, so wherever he was he would hopefully hear it.
