Hunting Trip [OPEN]

[Open to a good amount of ThunderClan cats, preferably quite a few, because it would be safer! (For the cats hunting)]

Mistyshade couldn't help but let a tear flow out of her eye. Everything was lost. Whitewolf was dead, along with other ThunderClan warriors. The Whitewolf who had seemed to be immortal.

But wasn't.

"Mistyshade. Stay strong. There is always a shimmer of hope left at the end of the path, no matter how long it is." She had to believe in herself now. She wanted to do something.

Even if it was as simple as sending cats out to go hunting. Mistyshade ruffled her fur and stood up. The perfect idea! "All warriors and apprentices of ThunderClan, listen up!"

Was it really a good idea? Would anyone even listen? She wasn't even an important member of the clan, why would they?

No, they wouldn't. Why did she do this? Mistyshade held back a hopeless gaze as she looked around. "I'm going to need a lot of you to come with me to a hunting trip."

The shimmer of hope. Was it there? Right in front of her? It couldn't be. It simply couldn't, because it was all gone, everything that could have produced it.

Three warriors of ThunderClan dead. But what if some stood to her, accompanied her? Yes, Mistyshade decided. The shimmer of hope could be right there. I have an idea!

"I am hoping for a decent amount of cats to gather, because it will be safer that way. Especially if we come accross some fish breaths."

Inside, Mistyshade was fighting against her emotions. They threatened to take her down.

It had been so long since her parents had died. Now that was coming back. Mistyshade felt a well of anger.

Why? Why me?

She didn't know what to do. In the end it did feel like all hope was gone. Mistyshade glanced around to see if anyone had arrived.

Her ears pricked up as she heard the voice, yes, that was
more important.
Coming! she mewed and bounded over Mistyshade.

Leopardclaw gazed at Mistyshade, her jade green eyes appearing kind to the emotional she-cat. "I will join you Mistyshade." Leopardclaw purred, hoping to give her some hope and happiness after the recent tragedy - even if it was just accompanying her on the hunting trip.

Shadowheart padded over towards Mistyshade. Maybe she was pushing it, what with the sight lost in her right eye, but since the blood had stopped, she was going to try help “Mistyshade! I’ll come along.”
