Re: ThunderClan Clearing
( @tawny~ )
Blackstorm made his way into the clearing, inhaling the familiar scent. Cats, fresh-kill, moss, the faint scent of herbs from the medicine den. It almost made him smile. Almost. Glancing back, the Tom had to make sure Alderscreech was following him still. Oh, how he wished he didnt have to do this! Why couldnt the Clans work in peace? Why did there have to be bloodshed? Funny coming from someone who killed his own father. Blackstorm growled under his breath, shaking his head before clearing his throat. "Snowstar's den is that way." He angled his ears toward the leader's den, giving Alderscreech an almost blank look. He didnt want to show how much he hated this. Blackstorm didnt know what his leader intended to do with the WindClan cat, but judging by the furious look on her face when she spoke to him, gave him his orders, it would not be kind.

He was so much older now, and that felt like yesterday he just a kit, playing with his pebble, not worrying about his past, or his mothers death really at all, or thinking about it really, keeping all his anger kept in, or most of it really.
Then after, when he told Stormwing about his past, his mothers death, and the Dusk Syndicate, he thought about it a lot more than he would usually, and he thought about the Dusk Syndicate more, which made him, rather angry, and revenge filled, but only just a tiny, small bit of him did fill with revenge. Leafwatcher wasn't one to be rash at all really, and revenge was something that probably wouldn't happen for him, and it wasn't very healthy to kill someone for that reason. He wouldn't want to do it anyways, afterall. It was wrong, and warrior didn't kill anyways unless he had to, if they were non-clan. But, he didn't want to do kill, anyways. With a shake of his head, he rasped his tongue over his pelt, lightly grooming it, his pebble in his paw. He had noticed, lately, Remorapaw had been carrying a pebble around with them. It wasn't a very noticeable change, but for Leafwatcher, it was, it really was, and it made him happy that his friend was taking after him, and maybe a bit, embarrassed really.
His tail flicked lightly as he thought, he was glad that he had good friends like them. The Bengals ears perked up as he heard his father, and a calm smile swept up on his muzzle, and slowly but surely, the new warrior stood up, and lightly walked over his father, a friendly, but calm and thoughtful gleam in his eyes. The fact that his father, looked so old made him slightly saddened by the fact. He wouldn't be able to be able to go on patrols with him, if he was going to the elders soon. "Hi-- Shredfern." Leafwatcher spoke politely.
|
The old warrior grinned warmly at his son, he could never be more proud than he was right then. Still, he couldn't see Leafwatcher as anyone more than his kit, no matter how independent and strong of a warrior he was, he was still his little kit.
"I noticed Remorapaw carrying around a little pebble, ain't that sweet? You're really rubbing off on them, in a good way of course," Shredfern commented, nodding over to the apprentices' den in reference to the young cat. Leafwatcher was a good cat, not just a good warrior, and in some aspects, he reminded him a lot of himself, which was understandable. Like father like son.
Then he noticed the flash in his son's eyes, "Hey, what's that look for?" He asked with playful concern, "I'm not that old, am I?" Ironically, he broke out in a fit of coughs, his old lungs simply not up to his usual talkative state. A moment later, he settled, and he looked back at his son with a grin, "Don't think I'm going to the elder's den just yet, Leafki-- Leafwatcher, sorry. I'll still be around to lecture your ears off," And he laughed, a raspy old laugh that still had his old charm to it, just as when he was a young warrior like Leafwatcher. If one looked closely, though, a flash of fear and sadness sprinted across his copper eyes like a ghost, first there, then gone, it was hard to tell if it was real.

Alderscreech wasn't very happy with the situation at the moment. It wasn't a pleasant one, and it wouldn't ever be a pleasant one. The thing was the trees, and ThunderClan as a whole. Trees were most of it really, anyways, since trees, trees were bad omens, to her, really. Trees were not her favorite either, and she hated to be near them, close to them, and around them as a whole. Bad omens they were indeed. The ginger tabby huffed as she slid into the camp. Surrounded, exposed, outnumbered, and vulnerable, that was what Alderscreech was, a target, prey even. Her fur bristled as she followed Blackstorm, a furious and angry expression on her face, she wasn't comfortable here, not comfortable at all, and she felt exposed.
She gave a snort, tail lashing as she looked toward the black tom. "And you expect me to just waltz in her den just like that? Is she expecting me or something? Oh I don't think she'd appreciate me barging in their anyways!" Alderscreech snapped sarcastically, tail lashing behind her as she looked around the camp with a small glare, but a thoughtful look, more on getting back home than anything else. One step, get out here one way or another, get back to WindClan, and make sure to tell Blazingstar about ThunderClan's prisoner happy tendencies.

Leafwatcher blinked at his father's comment, a calm, but shocked expression on his face, and it was slightly filled with a slight surprise in his green optics, or maybe not all that surprised, maybe. "Really?" He replied, a slightly distant and thoughtful tone in his face. He never really knew or noticed. They were rather close, so it really wasn't much of a surprise all too much, for the brown bengal tabby. He didn't reply about him being old, he didn't really want to believe or think about it. Now right at that moment, anyway... Leafwatcher blinked when he coughed, a concern look in his eyes. "You okay..?" He asked, concern deep in his voice. His father was that old, and that...scared him. Leafwatcher didn't want to loose his father, he already lost his mother, Ashstream, and his older brother, Grasspaw, well...Grasstuft, he didn't want his father gone too. He didn't want him to leave to StarClan ever really, but it probably would happen anyways, every cat died, it was part of life. But right now, he just wanted to spend time with his father, for he probably won't have much time for it any other day. He'd be too busy, anyways.
"Its fine, dad, I don't mind it all that much, so don't you worry about it..." He replied, tail twitching. "I'm sure you will..." Leafwatcher chuckled, but concern still flickered in his gaze, and sadness too, maybe just a little smudge of sadness. Leafwatcher sure as heck didn't want to lose his dad just yet, or too soon, then he wouldn't...he didn't want to think about it too deeply. If he did, he would be scared for his father, and that wouldn't be any good. He still could talk to him, and Grasstuft, well Grasstuft in his dreams, even if it was...

What are you waiting for? Let's go!" Sprucefur meowed, his playful side showing. He dashed out of camp and to the beech tree, one of his favorite spots.

"Hey!" Snowfall called, bounding after the tom. 'He seems so... Different than when I first met him,' she thought, 'but he changed for the better.'
Because of how clumsy the she-cat was, Snowfall unknowingly tripped on a tree root and sort of did a running-flip kind of thing a few fox-lengths away from the beech tree, but she landed straight on her back. "Oof!"

Re: ThunderClan Medicine Cat's Den

Wheatfur looked at the small kit. It had a been a few days since the tom had found Runt in the territory, and e was still unconscious. Apart from that, he seemed to be getting better. He had imediatly notified Snowstar, and the kit was allowed to stay. e smiled, the small kit would finally have some support, then it would be up to them whether they would like to stay in Thunderclan, or leave to become a kitty pet. He nudged the small kit with his paw, seeing if he would wake up. " Hello little one," He mewed as he watched the kit, " Had a nice sleep?" He was standing a tail length back, not wanting to intimidate the small thing. He watched carefully, making notes in his mind about Runts behaviour.

Re: ThunderClan Medicine Cat's Den
The small, black kitten had not spoken a word since he was found in the territory. He simply did not dare. He had responded with nods and sounds, grumbles and such, instead. As he was nudged awake, his head shot straight up, his face having a momentarily look of panic before he noticed that he were safe and didn't have to jump up and run like he used to.
Peering up at Wheatfur, he tilted his head lightly. It used to be his Papa that woke him up every morning, but now his family had left him behind. Would he ever find a new Papa who could take care of him and wake him? It felt weird being woken in a calm way, especially by some one entirely else.
Nodding to the question asked, the young kit peered around. He had been sleeping a lot since he came here, and hadn't really taken his time to actually look around and see where he were. This place had the calming smell of herbs. Runt himself loved to spend time with herbs and nature, so the smell made him calm down a little. And yet he were still in a bit of panic.
Why was he brought here? What were they going to do to him? Would he have to move on? That last thought stuck with him for a minute. Did he -want- to move on? Wheatfur was nice. And maybe the other cats around here was as well? Time would show.

@ Nighty
Brightkit stretched out of the nursery. Her Golden brown fur ruffled in the wind.
Brightkit jumped on a stray piece of moss, flinging it back to the nursery.
Her claws returned into her paws, just in time for her to snatch a leaf out of the air. She crumpled it with one paw, flinging it up with the next as it rained down in tiny pieces. Brightkit walked to the fresh-kill pile and back to the nursery.
She felt bored, and she was bored.
The kit sighed, pawing a pebble as she looked around.

The orange and gray mottled kit was padding out, just a little ways behind the golden brown she kit. He padded along silently, so she probably didn't know he was there. As she flung the piece of moss back, it was flung into his face, hitting him on the bridge of his nose. He stopped in his tracks, shaking it off. His pale Aqua hues landed on the feline in front of him, carrying on as happy as ever, not even knowing that she had hit him. He released a soft growl as he lashed his tail, padding past her. "Kits not paying attention to what they're doing..." He grumbled, just loud enough for her to hear.
