"I'd prefer if we practiced hunting too," Ribbitkit mewed. "Foggykit already showed me one of the battle moves that you taught them the other day. But I don't know anything about hunting yet."

Hunting was not his super fortay but Blackpaw knew could do this. "Ok, do you know the basic hunters crouch?"

Eaglekit smiled, going into a hunters crouch. It was pretty good, except that her tail was thrashing around wildly in excitment.

"Not really. I've hear about it but I don't exactly know how to do it." Ribbitkit dropped into an imitation of the hunter's crouch--it wasn't a very good imitation at all. His legs were in awkward positions, with one foreleg jutting out from his side, and the other tucked underneath his weight. He frowned a little. "I don't think I'm doing this right."

Darkkit awoke in his nest, he yawned and glanced around the nursery, "geez there's never anything to do except eat and sleep..." he sighed and stood up, his chubby body sorta swayed once he stood. He sighed at his weight but shrugged it off, before sitting down to start grooming himself.

Moonkit tried to copy what she knew and what the other kits where doing, her front left paw popped and it showed as she tried to keep weight off of it, keeping her off balance and easy to falling over @Mentallyunstable @wolfnight @Puddletail

Blackpaw looked over each kit. "Eaglekit, stop thrashing your tail all about, Ribbitkit, watch how Eagle kit positions her paws. Moonkit, why don't we try spreading your paws out a little further, maybe that'll help?"

Moonkit hesitantly moved her paws a bit further apart, immediately helping her balance. She slowly shook her front paw so it was fine again before putting it back down. “I did it!” She mewed excitedly, but managing to keep her tail still @Mentallyunstable @wolfnight @Puddletail

Closely studying Eaglekit, Ribbitkit took note of the proper leg positions. Trying again, he managed to drop into a hunter’s crouch that appeared much more suitable. He smiled to himself, waiting for Blackpaw to continue.
