Orion began to start towards the door, ready to break in if necessary, but paused as a delicious smell reached his nostrils. "What is that?" He sighed, intoxicated. "It smells delicious!"

Peya couldn't help but be sympathetic. "We are hungry," he shrugged to Sage. "Do you have any credits?"

For now, though, it was time to sleep. Bowing her head over her chest, she slumped, until the exhausted girl was asleep and snoring softly, the watchful vulpine creature sitting silently on her lap.

The creature could not sleep. It had nearly forgotten what it was, other than it made creature’s unresponsive for a long time. It did not mind Zen’s inactivity, and just watched over her. It didn’t move, blink, it was like a statue as it waited. Watching. Listening.

"Well," said Peya, wiping his mouth, "I suppose we've no choice but to get started." He took Orion's hand, who grunted indignantly, still stuffing food into his mouth. Striding purposefully towards the door, he knocked thrice before waiting in silence. "If no one answers," he muttered softly to Sage, "do we just go in?"
