Deadclaw stopped and set down the cold lump of discussing fur. She started to digged a bit away from the body, in a shadey place where little was growing. she glance upwards at the Tom as if to say 'you don't say much do you kid?'

Sootstorm moved next to the she-cat and began digging with her.
He felt her eyes on him multiple times, then decided to address it.
"Is there something you need?" he asked, not looking up.

Deadclaw just hrumphed and keeped digging... "this should be deep enough, lets put the mutt in it and get this over with" she growled

When they where done Deadclaw huffed and turned "best get back to camp!" she snarled

As Shadowfur approached the Mourning Ruins, he tasted the air to determine if his scent was the only one he picked up. It was not; the scents of a couple of other ShadowClan cats hit his scent glands. Good. Not enough cats to scare away the prey, but enough to leave the scent of ShadowClan in the air. The last thing they needed or wanted was some group of rogues taking over a piece of their territory because they thought it was vacant.

He glanced around, surveying the area for anything that was out of order. Even though the patrol was here to hunt, there wasn’t anything wrong with making sure everything seemed as it should be.

Upon noticing nothing amiss, he turned toward Slatefur and Wolfwhisper. “Let’s split up and each hunt in a part of this area. Keep enough distance between one another so you don’t scare off each other’s prey.” He grabbed a mossy, thick stick with his jaws and dragged it over. “Meet by this stick when you’ve caught either two small pieces of prey or one large one, at least.”

Shadowfur decided to head off last, in case there were any issues or questions.

wolfwhisper nodded at shadowfur before he quietly disappeared within the foliage. The scent of shadowclan was faint on his scent glans the further he went. Stopping a few times to mark a tree or two. His head swiveled left to right as he scanned his portion of the territory for any signs of prey. Hunting wasn’t his absolute strong suit but he try’s. I should hunt more. his eyes caught sight of bright brown fur nibbling at the nook of some tree roots. Dropping into a hunting crouch he stalked forward. His eyes narrowing in concentration as he shuffled forward. Pushing off his hind paws he landed squarely on the chipmunk. Hits squeal was cut off shortly as it’s spine was snapped by wolfs sheer weight. Picking up his catch he brought it over to a dead stump before dropping it down and began to busily cover it up with leafs. While busy he didn’t hear the hissing warning of a snake without until it slithered out with intent to bite. Wolf paid it no mind and simply kicked a heavy rock over the snakes tail making it jerk backwards. As it did he nimbly bent down and crunched it’s head. Grabbing both pieces he began to walk back.
