at school, Sty seemed to avoid everyone, even their friends, and remained emotionless for the day, occasionally tightening the beanie back over their head so absolutely no ounce of hair was seen.

Sty was close to the school exit before they stopped, listening to Aoife but trying to leave quickly as well. they pulled down on both sides of their beanie tightly, having glanced at the regular school bully.

Sty looked at her, slightly tilting their head. “that’s…interesting.” they kept their hands on their beanie, staring at her a little. “i should go now-“ they said before feeling the back of their beanie get tugged on. of course, it was the school bully. they tried to pull away, tugging on the end of their beanie to keep it on. “let g-go, please-“ they said, clearly trying to stay calm.
