RiverClan Clearing

"...and so, these four Clans--RiverClan included--kind of exist together in the forest and try to do it peacefully? Which doesn't always work out, but yeah, that's sort of the life of a warrior, I guess..." Fawnsqueak finished his basic explanation of the Clans as he walked with Loona into camp, grateful that their pace hadn't been too intense since he doubted he would've been able to keep up with her.

Pausing at the entrance, he was tense. He'd never brought an outsider in before. "So... this is the RiverClan clearing. You can see the dens and stuff, and the fresh-kill pile..." Inhaling, he took a step forward and motioned for her to join him. "Uh, let me see if I can find Lionstar..." Silently, he congratulated himself on saying the name with the correct suffix -- all that awkward practice of muttering it under his breath over and over during their walk had paid off!

Clearing his throat, he called into the camp, "LIONSTAR!" Hopefully that'd get his attention; if not the cry of his name, then the telltale voice crack that accompanied it.

Creekrunner looked up at the mention of his name. Looked like he was leading a patrol. The silver tom pulled himself to his paws and trotted over to the entrance. He paused and waited for the other members of the patrol, wondering if they’d see any Windclan cars. He wanted to ask how they were holding up.

The Calliby ducked into the clearing, ears angled forwards. It'd been about a day since he'd gone and helped the other half of Windclan settle into their Camp. He was quickly growing tired of the walking tree's, suckers ran too fast for their own good. They were practically bunnies, but as cats!

Looking around for Bumblebutt Gentlethunder met eyes with the deputy instead. After taking a second to decide on wether or not he wanted to continue to look for the tall, egotistical arse, he decided that talking to Sootflare was a better option. He had to get back to Windclan to finish helping out after all.

"Sootflare! News from Windclan." he bellowed as he made his way towards the other Tom.

Darkpaw padded over to the patrol, tail twitching. Thinking the same thing as Creekrunner, she mewed, "I wonder if we'll see any WindClan patrols. Do you think they've settled in their territory yet?"

Silvershade approached Creekrunner and Darkpaw, a smile on their face. "I would hope so, they've been through so much. Hopefully they can finally rest, " They meowed, popping into the conversation. Maybe when new-leaf settled in, they could go and deliver some flowers. Silvershade stretched their limbs, letting out a small yawn. "Lettas do this border patrol! We're gonna rock it!" They giggled.

The deputy perked up as he heard his name called. His mouth was parched from sending out the patrols but it seemed finding a drink of water would have to wait a minute. Gentle had been sent to WindClan to help, right? The smell of the moors wafting of the tom seemed to confirm it. Perhaps he brought news.

"Yes, Gentlethunder?" he called, back, making his own move to close the gap, "What is it?"

[BEAR.]

"FAWN---"

Lionstar yowled his name, in part out of habit of being loud but also because he could.

Eager to see Fawn in all his cute glory, Lionstar crossed the clearing to greet him but paused at the sight of an unfamiliar cat. Hmm, who was this? He was a little disappointed it wasn't just Fawntime but he brushed that aside to put on his best showman's face.

"Hello there! .. What brings you here?" He glanced at Fawnsqueak a little questionably, in case this cat didn't answer immediately. He had quite a few of those in the past, unfortunately.

Ravenmist padded from the clearing, a feeling of unease stirring inside her belly. She felt like she was being watched. Glancing across the clearing, she noticed Brightwhisker talking with a couple other cats. I shouldn't bother him..

Trickpounce looked around the clearing. He was quite annoyed because no one had noticed him waltz into camp. These cats were supposed to be on guard, right? Then he spotted a cat he had never seen before. Oh, she’s cute, he thought. I’ll go talk to her.
So he trotted over with a bright smile on his face. “Hi there! What’s your name?” He slightly flexed his broad leg muscles, hoping she would look. But he made sure to make it look like he was doing it involuntarily.

Ravenmist glanced at the tom besides her, not focusing fully on him. "Hm? Oh, I'm Ravenmist. You?" She glanced at Brightwhisker from the corner of her eye. I hope he's okay.
