Goosepaw turned around to smile at Shimmeringpaw, but just then Wormpaw took off, and he spun around and pushed off of the ground with a panicked "ACK WORMY WAIT" escaping from his jaws before he could snap them shut.

He finished several seconds after Wormpaw, and promptly collapsed at the finish point. His breaths weren't exactly ragged as he fought air back into his lungs after the timed race, but he was panting heavily. "Too fast," he gasped out to Wormpaw. "You are... you are way too fast." But for a split second there was a grin visible on his face before he dropped his head right into the dirt, sides heaving.

He giggled at goosepaws shout. It was cute. Remembering to keep a count "I counted atleast nine, any longer it would have been ten . You shimmeringpaw?" Sootpaw asked . He looked back over at goosepaw with a concerned glance "you ok there bud?"

Asterpaw laughed at Goosepaw. He was so enthralled with smiling at Shimmerpaw. Lovebirds! Asterpaw might tease the two later, but Wormpaw's glares at Goosepaw about his sister... Asterpaw might be in trouble if he did so. Oh well.

"A little bit tired Goosey?" Asterpaw laughed, bouncing up to panting apprentice.

Wormpaw would lick his paw as he regained his breath, softly snickering under his breath at Goosepaw's distress. "Stumpy legs, " He hum- rising to his paws. He was very lucky Wormpaw didn't catch the smile.
This would have turned into a battlefield. He glanced at where Shimmeringpaw's blurry figure-- raising an brow.

While he waited for his sister's reply, he looked to his second-in-command. "Soot, you can take over. " He mewed to the tom, considering it was Sootpaw's idea about the last two tests. Which hopefully went by quick.

He lifted his head again to laugh at Asterpaw and Sootpaw, though he still seemed a little out of breath. "Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine just... give me a minute." He got to his paws and shook out his fur. He'd caught his breath fairly quickly, and now he was sending Wormpaw an amused glance. "I know my legs are stubs." He prodded Wormpaw playfully with one paw, then glanced over at Sootpaw. "Oh, is he doing the next thing?"

..he.gets to lead?! A grin showed on his face only for a prideful aura to be felt. Not too bad just enough for you to roll your eyes.
"Ok guys. Now that we have your blood pumping and rushing . It's time we do some actual fun. Right now we will be learning how to blend into your surroundings then sneak attack them. Which will turn into a mini mock battle. " he stated with a smirk. "I call this, hide, slash and flash!" with that he awaited their opinions and hopefully excitement.

Shimmeringpaw turned to Wormpaw, "Eleven seconds..." She didn't want to admit it but that was kinda slow, she expected Goose to be faster than that. Her light blue eyes quickly looked at the tom before flitting back to her dark brother.
Turning to Sootpaw the silver and white molly rather liked his idea but the only problem was that she was easy to spot with her fluffy coat. "I-I'm in f-for it." Trying to not allow her social anxiety to get in the way. This could be fun... Thinking to herself, forcing a smile onto her face when in reality she wanted to sit on the sidelines.

Wormpaw assumed that they had the same amount of seconds for each round. He would give a short nod to Goosepaw, listening to Sootpaw explain. This gave him a good time to see their strengths. Luckily for him, Wormpaw's body structure and pelt gave him an advantage to hiding. Ish. His height was one small problem.

Wormpaw would offer a small supportive smile to Sootpaw at his excitement. This also gave him a chance to see which cats would work better for stealth and such. "Will there be three hiders and one,, " He paused for a moment. "Non-hider..? Or two hiders and two non?" Wormpaw piped up.

"How about one seeker and the r-rest are hiders. T-Then when you are found you have to become a seeker too!" Shimmeringpaw piped up hoping that the others would think her idea was good. Her blue gazed looked at her clanmates as she eagerly waited to see what they thought.

Oh, so it's kind of like hide and seek. Neat! "I'm good with either way," he meowed, nodding to Wormpaw and Shimmeringpaw. "This is a really cool idea, Sootpaw. I volunteer to be seeker!" He liked to think he was a pretty good tracker. It was one of the few skills he was proud of.
