Doodle still wasn’t convinced. Diesel wasn’t, either. They both kind of kept their distance, especially from the dead bird. Diesel, even though he tried to catch birds, didn’t know what he would do with a dead one. He turned around and sat close to Doodle. She didn’t push him away. They both sat in unusual silence for a moment. “Are... the wild cats you’ve met... are they bad?” Doodle asked Pfb. She was a little scared. She glanced at Dixie. @Home Alone @Willowfern
