Lakeclaw grinned and climped up the tree, but not as gracefully. Since he was a Riverclan warrior, they swam, not climped. But he still made it into the Hollow.

The she-cat purred as she saw him enter. She was already laid down in the hollow.

The dark pelted she-cat picked her way through the territory, her eyes narrowed and ears flat against her skull. How could we have lost? It should have been so easy! Her thoughts screamed at her, but she shook her head. "It should have been easy... But we lost... To Skyclan." Venom filled her voice as she moved closer to the other fleeing Bucknight supporters. Reedbriar gave a soft sigh and took a moment to remember how close she and Fishtail had been. "No.. Not now.. Don't think of that now.." The molly hissed to herself, continuing forward and trying to remember what the others had told her.

Wildpaw felt a deep sympathy for the she, his dearest friend. He sat next to her, brushing his tail on her back and leaning in on her. "You're right, I can't know how you feel, because I haven't lost a dear one. Not that I know about at least, I never knew who my father was before he died. Sunpelt never talk about it, and I don't really ask anybody about it. I just got over it I suppose." he meowed, not really sure where he was going with that statement.

The apprentice shuffled his paws and raised his posture. "But at least you know what you have lost, and you have something to do about it, and I don't. I can't do anything about it, so I just gave up. But you can get revenge for them, honor their memory. Can't you?" he concluded, looking at her with compassion and determination. Even if his own idea scared him a little, the idea of battle didn't spark his heart, but he wanted to help his friend, she needed him, and he'd gladly help any cats in need.

Fishtail followed his mate, quietly so he would not upset her any further I knew something like this would happen he thought shaking his head I'm just glad she's okay and didn't... die. He flicked his tail behind him, clearly upset that his mate wouldn't talk to him as much as she used to but he tried to ignore the feeling of dread that seemed to seep over him.

Reedbriar gave a soft sigh and turned around, facing Fishtail with a forced smile. "I don't think you'd leave the clan for Bucknight supporters but you've come this far. Is there something you need?" She asked, her tail waving behind her. The molly flicked an ear and the two others moved off, leaving the pair alone. Her dull gaze was fixed on the tom and her ears perked.
