Moondrop gently picked her up and lifted her high, going up on his wire. he held her close to make sure she didn’t fall. he’d thrown a bit of Sunnydrop’s glitter on the ceiling of the daycare to make it shimmer and it was still there, along with some of those glow in the dark plastic stars (i want those again ngl) in different colors. “Moondrop’s my name, may i ask for yours? i believe we’ve not met before. since we’re so high in the sky, it would be nice to count the lights, little starlight.” he’d intentionally made it rhyme a bit, making it all the more intriguing.

she smiled and said, "it's gloria!" the ten year old saw stars every night, but none as pretty as these. the shining plastic stars glowing in the dark light. before she heard voices and spooked herself, almost falling but caught by moon drop. she looked down, seeing two figures. one a golden color, similar to a sun, and the other a rabbit.

Moondrop nodded. “it’s very nice to meet you, Gloria.” he smiled a little more. when she nearly dropped he caught her quickly, holding her close to himself protectively. “careful, little stardust.” he looked down as well. “it seems they’ve come back. would you like to greet Sunnydrop, little starlight?” he looked at Gloria, his eyes still glowing softly.

"it's up to you, grandpa moon. I honestly don't mind!" she said, snuggling closer to the animatronic who was holding her. she closed her violet eyes for a moment, before opening them again, looking at the stars spackling the sky of the daycare.

”i think you’ll like Sunnydrop.” Moondrop smiled a little more, especially from the small nickname, and slowly dropped down, reaching the floor and gently setting her down and detaching himself from the wire. “hey, SunSun.”
Sprig waved a little, looking pretty tiny compared to Sunnydrop.

she noticed the sun one smile and wave, before looking at the rabbit. she liked the rabbit
she recognized the design. her mother used to take her to see the last one, before she died, of course, leaving her, telling her that she needed to go.

Moondrop gave off a little purr as if it was like a snore. yeah he somehow fell asleep again standing. he purred in his sleep sometimes.
Sprig looked back at the girl to notice she was looking at him after a small glance at Moondrop who’d fallen asleep, his ears perking up. “h-hello- heh-“ he had a little nervous smile on himself but didn’t realize it.
