Is there a cooldown beyond his emotions? Charredpaw has frequently gone into states of being angry or sad - he has a lot of moments where he lashes out. Will the power only appear at the peak of his outbursts?

Alright.. so as long as it's something that only affects his body unless he's touched (and thus will burn someone), I think it's fine.
